TheWoWDBI did this quest today while I was in a raid group (we were 25+), so you don't need to be in a 5 person group.

So, what are the requirements for this quest? I got it today at an ally character after the 8.1 patch, but couldn't find the equivalent on horde.
So is this quest strictly PvP or can NPC's also be killed?
