In summary, you pick up some Element 115 from the Venture Co boat in the harbour, and take it back to the NPC at the Horde end of venture bay.
Used to award a few coins, but with the recent changes in the honor system, this was changed to award 6 Honor Points. Given that no-one on my server seems to bother with the Grizzly Hills pvp quests anymore, this is a nice, stress-free way to grind Honor points

Looks like this quest has been removed with today's update.
