TheWoWDBIf you are confused like I was and go in Grommash Hold to look endlessly for Lor'themar, don't worry, you're not phased: he's not inside, he's above, on the roof. Oddly the question mark for the quest doesn't indicate "above you" as soon as you step on the stairs at the entrance, but don't believe it: he is actually right above your head.

What is the prereq for this questline? I did not get offered the quest when launching 9.0 and it looks like the roof of Org Hold is phased... I don't see the NPCs that should be there according to this.
Edit: As of 10Nov2020 this quest is available upon log in as auto accept.
Just signed in (27Oct2020) and no auto quest for me yet for either alliance or horde. Reply if anyone got it otherwise vote up if you did not yet.

Description
