TheWoWDBThis world quest is a little glitchy. Just fly around the area until it pops the quest on your minimap. I had to fly in from the banner way up high to get it to pop for me.

I could not get this quest to show no matter how many circles i did at what height.
The fix for me was flying a little into Thaldraszus, and then back into the quest area untill the yellow marks appeared on my minimap.

On This WQ You need to fly Through Orange circle to put 10 Banners, You don't need to land to do it you just need to fly through.
