TheWoWDBQuest is currently bugged for me. Leveling an Alt and Masud is not appearing at all. I have abandoned 3 times to no avail. Unable to continue campaign.
Update 12/4/22: Numerous tickets to blizzard with no luck. The general response is that they are not aware of the bug internally and that a bug report is the only option we have. Ironically, one of the tickets they linked this wowhead page to say to look for support here and its just comments of more people having the issue.
