Completed Storied Partnerships yesterday. Here's what I have gleaned thus far:

• Requires 2 battlegrounds to be completed
• 
  
• Account Bound - can be completed across multiple toons (see DrDarko's comment).
• 
  
• Requires Party Sync mode (https://www.wowhead.com/news=295121/patch-8-2-5-preview-party-sync)
• 
  
• Requires RaF party member.
• 
  
• Only applies to the Veteran, not the recruit.
• 
  
• Does not reset daily, weekly, or monthly.
• 
  
• Can be completed per recruit (see DrDarko's comment).

FYI, the Party Sync mode is important. I completed a couple of quests for Storied Partnerships without Party Sync being on and it didn't count.
Note: This is based entirely on Storied Partnerships as I have not done the LFG dungeons or battlegrounds with my recruit, but I am assuming the conditions are identical. Plus I can see in the RaF interface that this requires 2 battlegrounds.

This has two related quests:

• 
  
• Storied Partnerships - Complete 30 quests with your recruit and earn 200x [currency=1166]
• 
  
• Dungeon Adventure - Complete 2 LFG dungeons with your recruit and earn 300x [currency=1166]

Edit: Didn't reset on Tuesday. I'll give it one more week and post back in case it has it's only reset time as it hasn't been a full week.
Edit #2: Still hasn't reset. It may never reset. If it does, I only have 2 theories left: 1) Rewards from RaF are earned monthly, so maybe it resets monthly; 2) I still haven't done the battleground & dungeon ones, so maybe it can only reset after doing all 3.
Edit #3: Received month #2 reward, but the quest hasn't reset. Seems like you can only do this once per recruit.
