TheWoWDBThis a PvP only quest, you must have Warmode on. If you have WM off the quest will disappear when you get close.
The entire platform is a big FFA PvP fight, where you have to kill a single elite mob. Makes no sense why it's PvP. In my experience, at least nobody tried to kill each other and just killed the dragon. But yeah this one is pretty weird.
