Notes: I bring a Stormborne Whelpling as my second pet. Enyobon doesn't do much damage so really any Magic damage dealing level 25 pet is going to work here.

This strat was made by DragonsAfterDark but works super well for me so thought of sharing it.
Use two whelpings with Arcane Storm & Mana Surge, the third pet is irrelevant,

1) Nexus Whelpling
2) Stormborne Whelpling
3) Random Pet

Arcane Storm -> Mana Surge -> Arcane Storm (for both pets)

Voila

He's weirdly typed: he's Flying but his only Flying-type ability is Cyclone which does light RNG damage. His main damage attack is the Beast-type Bite. The whole battle strategy seems to be to wear you down with his two dots and just Bite spam. He's flying and has high base speed so a lot of your strategy should be using a chonky starter pet to eat his hits and get him under <50% and then using faster pets to finish him off.

Managed to get all the Family Battler ticks done in one sitting. Here are my notes:

For the Humanoid team: Wretched Servant (2/2/2) can almost entirely solo the fight. Consume the two debuffs it adds to heal, use Weakness on CD (especially if the next turn is going to be a Bite) and spam Nether Blast. I got it to almost dead just with that and I wasn't being very precise with my ability usage.

For Dragons, Chrominius and the Celestial Dragon are dragons with magic abilities. I didn't need my third.

For Flying, Sentinel's Companion and Fledgling Warden Owl beat it. The former is almost all Magic abilities.

For Undead: Fragment of Anger solo'd it.

Critter was harder because its main attack is Bite (beast) but I got it with Rapana Whelk (1/1/1) and Dust Bunny (2/2/1). Rapana Whelk opens with Acidic Goo and spams Ooze Touch until it drops. Try to get the boss <50% before falling because then its family buff no longer applies and Dust Bunny will outspeed it. Dust Bunny then alternates Dodge and Burrow to avoid its Bites while attacking on other turns with Flurry.

For Magic, almost any team with Magic abilities will suffice.

For Elemental, Tainted Waveling (1/1/1) to open. Same strat as Critter: Poison Goo then Ooze Touch spam. That got it low enough that almost any other two elemental pets could probably finish it off.

For Beast Type: Terror Larva (2/1/2) to Poison Goo and then do as much damage as possible before going down, then bring in Ban-Fu, Cub of Ban-Lu with its Magic abilities to finish off. This pet is obtained from the Monk Legion class hall quest chain so if you don't play the best class in the game Monk, I'm not sure what other option there is but I'm sure one exists.

For Aquatic: Emerald Turtle, Dancing Water Skimmer, Leviathan Hatchling. My collection of Aquatic pets isn't great so I just went in with a beatdown strategy of healing as much and doing as much damage as possible and hoping his Cyclone ability didn't hit me too many times (since that's the only actual flying ability it has). There's probably a much more elegant strategy out there.

For Machine: Sunreaver Micro-Sentry (1/1/1) and Lil' Bling (2/1/1). Sunreaver hit Extra Plating and spammed Laser. Lil' Bling used Blingtron Gift Package on CD and otherwise spammed Inflation. Didn't need my third, but I'm sure there are equally good Mechanical strats out there.
