Renown of the Dragon Isles

Had this problem of not being able to accept the quest but able to see it offered on the minimap. Seems Alexstraza wasn't even there.

Do "To Tyrhold" quest, and keep going until you get the vault of the incarnates quest and once you head back there, you can see Alexstraza and she'll offer this quest.

After You finish Storyline Just Don't Ask Me to Spell It You will be able to do Quest Renown of the Dragon Isles which is leading to 3 Quests:

I Aiding the Accord - This quest is weekly. You need collect 4000 repoutation. Reputation can be collect from WQ, simple Quests, Events on map which are giving reputatnion and ect.
Reward: [item=200073]: 500 rep for all main fractions, 5 [item=190454], 150 [currency=2003] and [item=192017] 353ilvl.
After You done this quest In next Week You can get other simular quest. In total is 5 Weekly Quests but You will get only 1. Reward from all of them are same.

Weekly Quest List is on botom of comment.

III. Learning Ingenuity - This Quest i leading to storyline and is part of achievement In Tyr's Footsteps. Descryption on deferent comment on wowhead.

Even if you don't have lvl 70 You will be able to pick them all.

Weekly Quest List - Every week You will get 1 of this Quests:

1. Aiding the Accord - This Quest is first all the time due to Quest chain. But in late You will need to colllect only 3000 Reputation.

2. Aiding the Accord: Dragonbane Keep - You need to collect 3000 of any reputation + You need to finish [spell=388945].
[spell=388945] is unlock at 5 renown with [faction=2510], at 5 renown small dragon will appear next to you and will give you quest To Dragonbane Keep!.
[spell=388945] is start every 2 hours to join even You just need to fly /way 30.59 78.35, and just wait until event will start, when You finish this Even Objective for quest will be done as well You will get [item=200072] ( only from first one in week after next one You will get [item=202142] )

3. Aiding the Accord: A Feast For All - You need to collect 3000 of any reputation + You need to finish [spell=388961] ( but not even only task during event ).
[spell=388961] is unlock at 3 renown with [faction=2511] and is repeats many times a day. To take place in order Fly to /way 13.59 48.59, After start it You will get task to do, after 10 sec will ask You to get 3 [object=380952] You can pick them up /way 12.98 48.81, behind [npc=186450]. When You get 3 go back to POT and use Extra spell bar to throw [object=380952], After You done this activity You should finis objective for Quest. You dont need to finish Event to get count objective for quest.

4. Aiding the Accord: The Hunt is On - Will up date when i will have Quest.

5. Aiding the Accord: The Isles Call - Will up date when i will have Quest.

I was able to get him to let me turn this in by leaving the continent and returning. I used my Dalaran hearthstone and then hearthed back to Valdrakken but I imagine that just running up and using the portals in The Seat of the Aspects would work as well if you're someone that leaving would fix it for!
