Whoever designed this quest along with the elemental worldquest last week seems to be sitting all alone in the basement of Blizz HQ playing a singleplayer version of this game. Please get him out of there. Quickly. He doesn't deserve that.

Theres a small village just below the top of the Rebellious Cliffs The quest items are small boxes with a white medical symbol "+" on the side.
You can do this world quest in stealth. Looting the boxes doesnt take you out of it.
Done as a druid cat. Nifty!
