Head to Nor'Danil Wellspring, path up mountain at 39/33. he's standing just off the road up @ 39/26. Also as a side note, if you go all the way up to the top you will find Marius and Tehd vs. Felbats.
If you don't have coords. From Azsuna Repose, go down road into Nor'Danil Wellspring at the first sign of Vengeful Soul attacking you go up hill when you see the 1st fountain with two stairways behind it there are two large trees to the right with the path leading up the hill.
