Problem for the last two days:
Upon entering the area for the quest, I get the message: You do not meet the requirements for the chosen dungeons.
Around 2 min after that, Transfer Aborted: instance not found and teleported to a graveyard [28.34] in north-west of Suramar.
Anyone experiencing the same, or know the reason/how to fix it ?
Ticket unanswered, help appreciated.

I abandoned the quest (yet again), as I were heading up there for the world quest of the rare in that area, WANTED: Arcanist Shal'iman.
Upon reaching the fountain the [npc=98683] FINALLY decided to show herself, offering the Washed Clean.
She had her moment of RP and I got my complete afterwards.
Don't know what triggered it to work this time, as I have been up there with and without the quest in log multiple times during the last two days, always resulting in a teleport to Suramar gy. Maybe the world quest? Maybe a server dc earlier?So try abandoning the quest and head up to Nor'Danil Wellspring [36.5 34.0] to [npc=98683] .

You have to go to 36.4 34.0 point, at Nor'danil Wellspring. There you'll find how satyr becomes back in to elf — [npc=98698].

Description
Mighty though the Legion is, theirs is not the strongest power in Azeroth. There is a place where Enchantress Ilanya and I spent many blissful hours together. The love that infuses such a place is more potent than fel magic, {name}. Go to the Nor'Danil Wellspring. Its waters can purify the fel dust you have collected... and perhaps purify me as well. I will meet you there.
