Fix "Smallie" Biggswrench is an NPC left of your town hall's entrance, next to the monument platform in a tier 3 garrison. Talk to him and grab the quest "Bringing the Bass"

If you already have the quest from previous ptr builds, abandon and regrab.

Cord of Ancient Wood: To get this item, you must kill a Lumbering Ancient in the Everbloom Wilds, Gorgrond. Make your way to Everbloom Wilds however you can and simply kill one, it'll drop if your on the quest. Note: Everbloom Wilds is NOT the Everbloom dungeon, its a location in gorgrond that has the dungeon located somewhere in it. Also this area is a level 100 area.

Laz-Tron Disc Reader: Head to Pinchweedle Point, Spires of Arak for this item. The marker on the map is mostly correct, but not entirely. You should head to the marker at first, but don't bother going into the building it marks, head to the large inn-like building on the top of the hill, and go upstairs. Inside the bedroom, to the right of the bed, you will find the object. It looks like a baby gnomish control panel (So a regular sized gnomish control panel). Level 96 area.

Phonic Amplifier: Drops off of Stalwart Warden (Some sort of arrakoa machine golem thingy). Located in Skettis, the best way to get there seems to be going to Talador, and running down to the river at the bottom right area and just running into Skettis from there. Level 100 area.

Bass Blaster: Simply head to the Ring of Blood in Nagrand and head to where the quest marker is at. Now go a little east into a grassy field, you'll see some dancing Party Animals (Ogres), just steal the item, they'll be upset but not willing to fight you, they know not to mess with puny creatures anymore. Level 98-100 area, but you don't need to fight anything if you just run past the trash on the way there.

S.P.R.K. Capacitor: Go to the area in northern Talador, its marked on your map. Simply kill an Iron Shredder and loot the item, easy peasy. They're found around trees and look just like a Sky Golem. Level 94 area.
