Bubbling Brews (ID 76591)

Bubbling Brews is a quest for level 10-90. It rewards 1 reward item, 9,500 experience and money.

Description

Drat! I might've made a mistake asking the dracthyr to help with these deliveries. They've been rolling barrels of brews through the city and crashing 'em all over the place! Well, we shouldn't let the brew go to waste if we can help it!

Take a barrel an' take to the skies! Try to collect and save as much of the brew as you can by collecting the bubbles.

I entered the Coren dungeon and when I got out, the bubbles were missing. Dropping the quest and taking it again made them appear.

How do you pick up the barrels? Are they the barrels right next to the barber pole?
You don't need the barrels. Just fly through the bubbles.

Ok, yet another ridiculous quest that causes rational ppl to go online to see if there are clues to completing the quest. Quest says to "grab a barrel" which you cannot and there are no bubbles floating in the air. Anyone know how to actual do this quest?
