Bwemba's Spirit

If you are having a hard time figuring this quest out, here is a little help.

Keep doing the other quest line and you will eventually end up in Booty Bay to turn it in. Once you complete the quest chain you should still be left with this one and get a new quest from Baron Revilgaz. Stand by the Baron, not mounted and Bwemba's Spirit should stand there with you. After a short period of time the quest will complete itself.

This took me a while to figure out, I think it's pretty buggy. Some people claim to have finished it the moment they got by the Baron, others like me didn't.

I would like to emphasize the part where you dismount. I was standing there on my mount for 5 minutes before I read this comment, dismounted, and got it quickly.
