TheWoWDBIf you happen to do this one in BfA mode of the zone, do yourself a favour and go talk to Zidormi located around 38, 90 in the south of the zone. The bucket will not show if the zone is set to the BfA time-frame.

I have gone to the lady to show me back pre-BFA and still don't see the Candy Bucket in Hammerfall or in the Blasted Lands. Any other suggestions?
Candy buckets are now used for "Trick or Treat" instead of innkeepers (except in a few bugged places, which likely will fixed next time the holiday comes around). There is no longer a 60 minute debuff associated with the spell, but a player can only retrieve loot from the same bucket once. Not much of a downside, really, considering--om nom nom--all the candy--om nom nom--buckets located in Azeroth and Outland--om nom no-BLEAUGH!
