The Altar of the Sha'Tar in the northern center of the map is the Aldor inn location. The Scryer's inn is due south.
The Scryer's Inn is the Sanctum of the Stars which is south of the Altar of the Sha'Tar as Edymnion stated above. Coordinates are around (56,59)
