TheWoWDBIf you need this Candy Bucket, talk with NPC Zidormi, she near Blasted Lands entrance at north. All you need to do is to press "Show me the Blasted Lands before the invasion" and you will be able to see both Candy Buckets: on Nethergrade Keep and Suwich. :)

This one is the most annoying after the 6.0.2 pre patch for me, you do indeed need to talk to Zidormi 48.2, 7.3 (as atheistorg said) but you also have to go to it on your own mount/power as well (and then fly back to Zidormi to get rid of the time travel mark). While both Nethergrade Keep and Suwich have flightmasters both of them are disconnected (from everything) when you have the time travel debuff and so you can't travel between the two (and you can't right click off the debuff either).
