In case anyone is having trouble finding it: The portal is now in Org at 56, 92. It's inside the same building that holds the portal room, downstairs on the left side.
If you, like me - don't have the portal to Caverns of Time in Dalaran (not unlocked for some reason, probably because a boosted character post Legion) and made your way from Orgrimmar -> Uldum -> Tanaris, the question marker on the map is showing up in the wrong direction, in the middle of the map of Tanaris.
You have to actually go inside the Caverns of Time, and make your way to the middle of the room with all the portals. There you will find Anachronos.

Description
Were the shard of the Vision of Time not depleted, I could use it to send you on your way. But my specialty is teleportation, not chronomancy. Time magic was the province of our former leader, Grand Magistrix Elisande. Much of her knowledge died with her. It is said Elisande had mastered incantations known only to the bronze dragons. Perhaps they would be willing to aid your cause.
