This is a calling quest. Calling quests encourages players to engage in various content in different areas in Shadowlands. At any time there are 3 callings available, and all players, regardless of Covenant has the same objectives, eventhough the name of the quest can vary.
This specific quest ID is for players who have chosen the Venthyr covenant. The quest is both started and ended at The Accuser in your covenant sanctum, [zone=10986]. Other players will have the same objectives with the following IDs
- Kyrian players, see Challenges in Revendreth.
- Necrolords players, see Challenges in Revendreth.
- Night Fae players, see Challenges in Revendreth.
To complete this quest, either travel to Revendreth and complete the specific world quest Destroy the Dominant which can be found in the north-west corner of Revendreth, or complete any of the dungeons that are found in Revendreth, which are [zone=12842] or [zone=12831], on any non-keystone difficulty (Normal, Heroic, or Mythic).
I could not find The Accuser to get this quest. It turned out to be because I was on the Covenant chapter 7, "Confronting Sin". Once I had finished that chapter, she returned to her normal spot and I could accept the quest.

Description
Those that have taken up arms against us in the name of Sire Denathrius and the Jailer have turned their backs on us all. Some are mere pawns in this game, others command them. Those that lead the charge of this crisis bear the greatest responsibility. They are the mightiest of Denathrius's allies, and they must be brought to justice. I accuse these souls of sins against the Shadowlands. Mete out justice in the name of Revendreth.
