To complete this quest, either travel to Revendreth and complete the specific world quest Destroy the Dominant which can be found in the north-west corner of Revendreth, or complete any of the dungeons that are found in Revendreth, which are [zone=12842] or [zone=12831], on any non-keystone difficulty (Normal, Heroic, or Mythic).

If like me you put this quest off until you started the new campaign chapter for Kyrian (righteous retribution) you won't be able to turn this quest in until you complete the chapter as the questgiver won't be in Bastion.

Description
Challenging oneself is a necessary part of ascension, for what is courage in the face of normalcy? In this current state of unrest, opportunities abound to prove ourselves. Consider it the gilded lining to a tarnished shield. None more so than in Revendreth, where Sire Denathrius has consolidated power and influence, and seeks to overthrow the natural order of the Shadowlands. And here is where you must challenge yourself today.
