Go to Dominance Keep flight path and take the lift to the top. Head east along the bridge aiming towards the WQ marker. It is a very wide area where it opens to higher & lower levels to find targets. Group Finder definitely helps with finishing the quest faster, and you can use a group of all damage if you can't get tank and healer. The targets have a reasonable respawn, so if pickings are thin just stay in an area and wait. Helping the opposite faction will not give you credit.

This world quest is specifically available when the calling quest called "Challenges in Revendreth" is avaialable. Remember to go to your covenant sanctum and pick up the quest before completing this world quest!

If you've already completed this world quest before picking up the calling quest, you have to complete any of the dungeons, [zone=12842] or [zone=12831], on any difficulty.

If you are having trouble with this world quest because you can't handle the elites: go kill [npc=159442], there are no elites around them. You have to kill a lot to finish the objective, but if you're squishy it's still quicker than constantly catching aggro from elites and running and/or dying.
