I feel so dumb right now
If you don't remember who gave you the quest like I did, just abandon the question and then you can see the mark on your map. Slitesh <Armaments Requisitioner> is standing just a few steps away from the scouting map. Once you complete this, you can go to Deliverance Point to pickup the quest Champions of Legionfall from Maiev Shadowsong.
