Anyone know if this is actually part of the Paladin campaign? It's linked on a couple WowHead guides saying that it is. However...you aren't even able to get and complete this quest unless you research "plowshares to swords" as an order advancement.
I researched the other advancement, then found the campaign guide. Do I really need to spend 2,000 resources and wait three days (4,000 resources and 6 days if I want to go back to the other advancement) just get this quest for the campaign?
