TheWoWDBFishing for these guys seems to be quite a low drop rate (not to mention boring). Just dive in and you'll see them slowly moving around and you can loot them. Much faster.

These crayfish are looted like the Orgrimmar cooking quest, in addition to fished up like previous fishing quests.
These little guys are both fishable and lootable on sight.
Looting them appears to yield 100% drop where as I was able to obtain a 50% drop by fishing for them - although other fish were also looted from the casts.

One of the great delicacies of Mulgore is the crayfish that dwell in our lakes and streams. They are particularly popular during weddings or the celebration of a birth. Would you help me catch some of these crafty crustaceans for the cooking pots of Thunder Bluff? You can fish them up from Stonebull Lake, or simply dive in and grab them.
