- start from "Illidari Stand" and follows the path westwards over a small creek and goes past the tree on the left. Stay on the way until you reach the "Grey Shoals" and go on until you come to [npc=109653]. The sea lion is on the left on the beach, just before a part of the road is sunk in the water.

Also, his health will keep resetting if you fight on his spawn point. Had a fight drag out through multiple resets until someone moved him. (The parasites were evading, but Marblub was not - just resetting!)
