Decor Treasure Hunt

[item=244531] (Sturdy Fireplace): Head South East to the tip of the island, just after the last house (plot 41) to where the Decor smugglers are selling Horde items. Due South of them, in the water, is a group of turtles, and there is a pile of sand below the wreck above them. When you click on the sand, you should see an Alliance Chest with a "?" quest completion (see screenshot).

/way 61 82 Treasure

Go to where the decor smugglers are selling their wares. Climb up the winding dock staircase to nowhere. Look down into the water, you should be able to see the tortollians. Swim down to the tortollians. The dirt pile is hard to see, but is behind the tortollian that is selling fish. (Only two tortollians are selling anything. One has fish. One has drinks.)
