Found the Alliance wedding gazebo East of Town Center, just past the theater area. Follow the path past the theater and theater vendor wagons, and it'll take you right to it.
There is a little wedding gazebo area right by the Founder's Point bulletin board. This is not the quest objective. Don't be like me and sit in it like a confused stormcrow wondering where you're supposed to dig.
