TheWoWDBHOW TO RESTORE YOUR BAND OF ETERNITY
I was unable to complete this quest as I needed the ring to do so, except there was no option to restore the ring that I probably had long since gotten rid of. Everything I read online just said to talk to the quest giver, Sidormi, and there should be an option to restore it. Not so!
However, what actually worked is I deleted the quest. Since this is a rep quest it will auto-complete once re-accepting, so you aren't losing any progress. As soon as I removed the quest, I re-accepted it and instantly received a new ring in my bags. I was then able to complete this quest. Hope this helps.
