Turn left. You'll see a round area.
Stand in the middle of the round area / circle: /way 80.2 42.7
To your right, as you came in (your 3oclock), will be a hall.
Down the hall, on the right, is the book: /way 81.3 40Quest turn-in:
Return to the bottom of the stairs: /way 79.6 43
On the other side of the "street" is a doorway: /way 79 42
Walk through that and down the stairs to your right.
The last book / the quest turn-in will be almost behind you.
Go into the circular area, not out the door, and you'll see it.
The turn-in is the "Enchanted Lock" at: /way 78.9 41.1
