TheWoWDBTo everyone that struggles with how to get to Nazjatar (like i did):
I lvl'd to 120 without doing any war campaign. So when i reached 120 and didn't get the quest "uniting Kul Tiras" i didn't know what to do. Turns out you have to proceed with the war campaing until you have a base in Vol'dun, Nazmir and Zuldazar.
In the process of unlocking these bases, i unlocked island expeditions and had to do 1 tutorial expedition which i definetly had to do in order to proceed with the war campaign. After Unlocking all 3 bases, the quest "Uniting Kul Tiras" finally popped up on my ship. To complete it, i had to get friendly rep with order of embers. This is simple to get, just follow the questline of Drustvar. Getting to the point where you get the rep took me about an hour.Before i found this !@#$ out on my own, i really wished to read some kind of tutorial like this somewhere. I hope this will help some new players.
Btw if you did all this on your main character, you don't have to do it again on a twink.

Some friends asked me how to get into Nazjatar & Mechagon with alters and even with mains that have skipped BfA expansion, and after see that some posts are inaccurate, or incomplete, I decided to share my thoughts on current expansion (Shadowlands) with the level squish, based on alliance side (I will put links to Horde version too).
Requeriments if you skipped BfA expansion:
- Alliance:
- Level to 50.
- Gain friendy reputacion with Proudmoore Admiralty, Storm's Wake and Order of Embers.
- Continue campaign until you set Vol'dun Foothold, Zuldazar Foothold, and Nazmir Foothold.
- Questline for [spell=273741], starting with The Azerite Advantage.
- Horde Gain friendy reputacion with:
- Level to 50.
- Gain friendy reputacion with Zandalari Empire, Talanji's Expedition and Voldunai.
- Continue campaign until you set Drustvar Foothold, Tiragarde Sound Foothold and Stormsong Valley Foothold.
- Questline for [spell=273741], starting with The Azerite Advantage.
Then, you can start with the next part.
Requeriments for alters that have a main with the above done (Still, you need to be 50):
Steps for Nazjatar:
- Heart of Azeroth, take A Dying World, go to Silithus, and do the smaill chain until you get your [item=158075].
- World Quests (Kul Tiras and Zandalar), accepting the quest Uniting Kul Tiras for Alliance or Uniting Zandalar for Horde, and then complete it.
- Accessing Nazjatar, accepting the quest Send the Fleet for Alliance or Send the Fleet.
- Inside Nazjatar, complete the initial quests until A Way Home for Alliance or A Way Home for Horde. More info about these initial quests for both factions in Comprehensive Nazjatar Guide.Congratulations! You have now unlocked Nazjatar.
Steps for Mechagon:.
- Heart Forge, take the quest Essential Empowerment in Nazjatar and do all the quests until Magni gives you Back Out to Sea for Alliance or Back Out to Sea for Horde. Go to Nazjatar again.More info about these quests for both factions in Comprehensive Nazjatar Guide.
- Nazjatar World Quests - Alliance, do the quest Scouting the Palace and the little questline from Hunter Akana finishing with A Tempered Blade.
- Nazjatar World Quests - Horde, do the quest Scouting the Palace and the little questline from Neri Sharpfin finishing with Save A Friend.
- Mechagon: A nicely gnome will appear if you did all these steps, take the quest, complete it in Boralus/Zandalar and take the followup The Legend of Mechagon for Alliance or The Legend of Mechagon for Horde and do all the questhub until you arrive to Mechagon :)Congratulations! You have now unlocked Mechagon. Remember that there are no World Quests in Mechagon, only Dailies.
