Just a bit of info for anyone else who, like myself, was wandering around looking for the Hunter mobs.
The Oracles are easy enough to find. They are on the ocean floor. You'll probably engage them while collecting the Nibblers for the other quest you do with this one, "Here Fishie Fishie".Hunters though are harder to spot. If you go above the area where the Oracles are, you'll find the Hunters on the brown clam-like platforms.
