IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR STORM SIGLS:
The cores and their corresponding quests NO LONGER EXIST. I have checked the turnin NPC and killeld a *lot* of mobs, and everything seems to corroborate that these are no longer available. Don't waste your time. they may not be marked as unobtainable, but I guarantee you, they are. Well, i'm 99.99% sure anyways.
