EASIEST way to complete this Q is to fly ABOVE him... you Don't have to stay right on his tail... fly above him and you have a much better chance. I tried all the above mentioned tips and died every time, then for the hell of it I tried to follow at a safe distance and ABOVE the ol' bastard. Too Easy!
