TheWoWDBI think I spent a good hour working on this quest before finally completing it.
Get used to his yell, "Prepare a funereal pyre! <Name> has challenged Skyshatter!"
The trick here is to remain within range of him (which I think is no greater than 15 YDs, MUCH less than the others), while avoiding a bombardment of 'meteors' that shower around him.
If you remain rather close to him the entire time (He must have 280% flight speed... I could NEVER duck and dodge without him getting too far ahead), he'll end up soaking up most of the meteors, himself. Not to be corny, but trust your instincts. He'll lead you to victory. His flight is much shorter than Mulvericks, but about three times as annoying.
