The names "Ichman" and "Mulverick" are references to the characters of the movie Top Gun "Iceman" and Maverick". I guess having Ichman say: "You are still dangerous... you can be my wingman anytime" after you defeat him would have been too obvious...
This guy is really fast. The best way to beat him is to stay above him. He likes to fly low to the group and trick you into aggro'ing the flayers. Fly above him, as soon as you see the fireball appear, fly a little higher and you'll be out of its range. You'll be safely ahead of the explosions by the time the fireball splits. Like the last guy, don't let him get too far ahead.

Three years I spent in that hell hole. Three years a prisoner of war to the damnable Frostwolf Clan. Made to sit in their tower and listen to them endlessly whine about the bridge to Dun Baldar. About how it's "unfair" that blah, blah, blah, blah... War isn't fair! To hell with 'em all! The minute I was freed I left that place forever and came here to start a new life. Now Mulv and I are vying for the top orc spot. If you want it, you're gonna have to go through me, scrub. We go when you're ready.
