This is probably my least favorite of all the dailies as a holy priest. The flayers aren't bad, but the ravagers are pure torture. I think I kill 3 times more flayers than I need by the time I'm done with ravagers.
1. There aren't very many of them in the tunnel.
2. They patrol a very wide area.
3. It is practically impossible to pull one without also aggroing a nearby Flayer.
4. They deal MASSIVE damage to cloth.
5. Most of the other people nearby are also here to do this quest, so are competing with you for these mobs.I suggest grouping with someone else who's doing it, since it's a "kill so many of this mob" type quest.
I got 99 problems but a dragon ain't one.

Description
That dragon waking up riled up a host of other nasty creatures in these mines. Two types are proving to be a thorn in the side of the Dragonmaw: Nethermine flayers and Nethermine ravagers. You must help us by killing them off. All I ask is your involvement once per day. Get in there and kill as many as you can!
