It's just SE of Dragonmaw Fortress, The dragons fly past there and I (as a holy priest) couldn't always keep up with the rate in which they came. and there's no competition :)

My friend and I did our farming at the wooden ramp on the northern edge of the Ridge towards the east side. (Not sure on coordinates, but I'm sure someone else has mentioned it above.) Transporters take-off and land here frequently, so it's a good farming spot (if you can get to it first).

There are two elite drakonids guarding the platform who can and will crush you if aggroed. Attacks on any Transporter on the platform will aggro the drakonids. For this reason, I recommend recommend ignoring arrivals and focusing on departures. The incoming Transporters are tricky to target and hit before they get too close to the guards.

The departing Transporters are fairly easy once you learn their routine. They'll spawn at the back of the platform, walk to the northern edge, pause slightly, and then take off. As soon as the Transporter is airborne, you can safely pull them without aggroing the guards.

The Transporter moves fairly quickly, so you'll need to be ready to get aggro before he gets out range. Don't worry; the timing is pretty easy to master. My rogue friend never had a problem hitting him with a thrown knife. As a mage, I found Fire Blast didn't give me sufficient range, but Scorch or Fireball worked just fine. (Fireball is a little trickier because of the longer cast time, but solution is to start casting Fireball before the Transporter is airborne.)

One last issue for long-range nukers: be careful not to overdo it while the Transporter is airborne. It is possible to kill the Transporter in mid-air and, given your proximity to the edge, the corpse may not be lootable.

The best part about this location: a new Transporter spawns every ~25 seconds, so you're assured a steady stream of mobs (plus a stack of corpses at your feet). As a mage, I personally never had to move from my pulling spot. Target, nuke, nuke, nuke, loot, wait for next. Very simple.
