Entrance is at 56.4, 52.7! Just jump down - towards west - from the bridge leading to Utgarde Catacomps.
This is why its so hard keeping Battle Plans a secret: its so much easier to work with them when they're pinned to the wall... In any case, your typical Mystic's cave does not have a lot of floor space for drafting tables, what with the gibs of meat lying around, the wandering Worgs and such...

What to do
Description
While we were able to gather very little information as to the whereabouts of Ingvar, we do know that Yanis resides in a cave next to the worg pit inside Wyrmskull Village. Intelligence gathered from the rescued soldiers indicates that Yanis guards Dragonflayer battle plans. I need you to go back to Wyrmskull and recover those plans. Kill any vrykul that get in your way - including Yanis!

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Anguish of Nifflevar
All that we know of the vrykul indicates that they only recently appeared in Northrend. Why, then, are we seeing vrykul in visions that date back 15,000 years? Surely if the vrykul had previously existed in Northrend we would have known. You must press on to Nifflevar.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- To Westguard Keep!
<Vice Admiral Keller rolls up the battle plans.> We've got all the information we need to keep Valgarde protected. You must take these battle plans to Westguard Keep, located on the western fjord cliff wall. Speak with the flight master assistant, Emilune Winterwind.
