This quest seems like it spawns a bunch of extra grappling growths, but those don't actually work. However, if you mouse over a grappling growth and don't see the quest progress show up, those grapple points work properly. Also, keep in mind you can use door of shadows to teleport across some mushrooms if you don't see any working grapple growths where you want to go.
Grappling growths should all work correctly as of a hotfix today.
Lacy Bell Morel are the ones in bastion, they're are tiny and spawn on the waters edge. very easy to miss if you don't know what to look for. almost the same color of the rocks but they are looted in clusters of 2-6 so its not too bad

I had not realized the fame of my fungi had reached so far. I'd be delighted to provide a mushroom feast to the Ember Court! Hmmm... I will need you to collect some rare specimens and will loan you my favorite foraging bag. It will help you find the very best fungi. It's never failed me. Let's see, I need tiny lacy bells from Bastion and some of those Ardenweald fancy purple frills. From the very tops of our mushrooms here I will need the feather caps. You'll need to grapple your way up there.
