When you will get to camp but will no NPC with quest just go out from camp and back - can be buged. Last thing to do is pick up [object=354150]."Fly to 50.4 67.8 stand on blue mark on ground and use [spell=332852] ( when you will stand on blue martk extra bar with this spell will appear ) to Empower the Rune of Might then speak with [npc=168381] to finish storyline."

I did not understand why there was no follow-up... then I realised that [npc=169462] was standing right behind me with a big exclamation mark over his head...
