I am fairly certain that the title of this comes from the Nine Inch Nails song "Hurt" (though Johnny Cash did the best version of it, IMHO); the context for the lyrics this comes from adds to the bittersweetness of the quest text: And you could have it all / My empire of dirt / I will let you down / I will make you hurt

Description

Report to High Executor Darthalia at Southpoint Blockade, to the east.
