Kill the bears, the eggs are the infestation on their back & need to be looted separately from the bear corpse.
I've gotta admit, I never thought Bliz would add something quite this grotesque into game. I'm somewhere between nauseated & intrigued. This one'll certainly have any arachnophobes running screaming to another quest zone.
Yes, this is grose and disgusting, but! After I overcame that initial "eeeeuwww" feeling, I tamed one of those bears, being a forsaken hunter after all. To my sadness, when you tame the bear, the eggs dissappear, else this would have been the ultimate psychological warfare pet for Pvp!

Description
Directly southeast of Southpoint Gate you will find our spider domestication operations. Through the years we have grown a kinship with the spiders of Hillsbrad and have managed to domesticate and breed the adorable little critters. Spiders now serve us as regular household pets and beasts of battle! Such diverse creatures they are! I need you to head into the fields to the southeast and carefully harvest the eggs that we have incubating on the bears. Deliver the harvest to Sarus at the mine.
