TheWoWDBAs a L120, I used my [item=137663] to wound them and then used the Crystal. No need to go naked, just put down any other weapons.

How to do it at lvl 120, get naked, jump off high place and die, resurrect at spirit healer, get ress sickness. Hit barefist.
Would like to report that as of The War Within (September 9th, 2024), the [item=137663] works again! I just did this quest on a max level (level 80) enhancement Shaman with my weapons unequipped.

Description
There is a rare breed of moth in Talador known as the Manafeeder. These moths sustain themselves by feeding on arcane crystal dust from the mine. Typically speaking, these moths are nothing more than an occasional nuisance. However, they are now gorging themselves upon the intense arcane energy flooding out of the mine and have become highly territorial and aggressive. I have attuned this crystal to disperse arcane energy. Please use it on the Frenzied Manafeeders to soothe them.
