Description
We need to get our hands on arcane energy to complete our scroll. It needs that fiery kick. I have a device capable of capturing energy in the space below, so let's get moving. The infused creatures shouldn't be an issue for the two of us.

For this plan to work, we'll need infused parchment. The latent arcane energy at this nexus quickly froze the ancients in place and settled in their bark. If we rip off strips from the few that haven't been destroyed by the fungal creatures, I can form them into parchment.
