For some reason, I can't get this quest. I've completed the first one "A Journey Made Together", but this one never popped up. I've since gotten to 40 renown and am caught up on all the 9.0 quests so I'm not sure what went wrong.

EDIT: I checked the final quest, "In Shadowlands Service" and it says I've completed that one. So I guess I somehow skipped the this one.

Same problem as the other two posters. I tried paying very close attention to my second character I took through Maldraxxus to spot the issue and I've got nothing. Where the quest *should* become available (where I see it available in the videos), is immediately following A Journey Made Together. Instead, I got a very quick "Not eligible for this quest" message before getting kicked over to The Highlord Calls. This isn't a game ending huge deal or anything, as you can continue the questline this is intended to lead into over at Merick, and just skip the escort by Marileth.

That said, it's exceedingly annoying and goes beyond the usual "missed breadcrumb", because "Good for the Soul" continues to be plastered on your map/minimap as an eligible quest yellow !, and being right in the Seat of the Primus, it can crowd out actually useful icons or alerts. The only thing I can think might fix this is skipping the intro quests, which I did not do either time. Customer Service was kind enough to save me and just flag the thing as complete, but I'd love to figure out the cause so I don't have to bug them every time I want to do this covenant.
