I keep getting this on my characters while leveling in the pre-patch event for the War Within (Radiant Echoes). I've probably chosen this covenant on a couple alts, so maybe that's part of the problem, but it's just so random. Right now it appears to have appeared in my quest log at level 60, so perhaps that's the specific level it's given to you as of this current patch, but I wonder if anyone else has this happen with the Maldraxxus covenant or any other covenant at all?

Description

A wise choice, {name}. Under your command, we will restore honor and glory to Maldraxxus. Your strength can change the Shadowlands for the better. Only with the Necrolords will you reach your full potential. For now, make your way to the Seat of the Primus. Baroness Draka will meet you there and guide you further.
