TheWoWDBthis quest is buggy as hell, if u have collected all and leave for dungeon or bg before u turn in, u will not be able to turn in this quest after coming back from dungeon/bg (the npc won't react to ur clicks), u gotta abandon it, do it again and turn it in to the NPC, don't leave the zone until u have turn in!

This quest is a reference to the Yu-Gi-Oh anime. More specifically, it's a reference to a moment in the anime when someone takes Yugi Muto's cards and throws them over the side of a cruise ship they are on. Setogosa is a reference to Seto Kaiba, and Yumadormu is a reference to Yugi Muto.
Setogosa calling Yumadormu a "a mediocre player with an even worse deck" is a reference to a meme from the Yu-Gi-Oh mobile game, where one of Kaiba's victory lines is "You're a third rate duelist with a fourth rate deck"
