For people doing the alt method to rep grind for the Avowed faction:
You have to be a Venthyr, and you have to complete the covenant starting quest chain up to the quest Our True Purpose
Make sure you select the option to skip ahead in the campaign to meet your soulbind after completing the quest "Anima Awakening" (that's the quest where Renethal, the Accuser, and the Curator lift you in the air for a few seconds). When you get the follow up quest, "Building Your Renown," you will have the option to skip via a choice that says "I know my way around the Sanctum." Make sure you pick that one otherwise it's a long chain to get to Our True Purpose.
Once you complete that Our True Purpose, the quest marker appears on the central altar, and you can do this quest along with the other one in Halls of Atonement.
Wish I came here first before running a 17, I thought I would get two things done at once. Thanks for the info!

Description
Our attempts at a parley were met with skepticism, at best. Acquiring the medallions may take more work than originally intended. However, not all hope is lost. I do believe that we can win over many of the Harvesters, and for those we cannot, a more direct approach will need to be taken. Lord Chamberlain falls into this latter category. His medallion must be taken by force.
