TheWoWDBIt appeared I was unable to exit the disguise so I just walked to the NPCs you shouldn't walk to (blue circles around them) and that did the job.

Description
So, here's the sketch: we muck you up to look like one of the servants. This stuff is protected by anti-theft so if 'em clothes think they are being stolen they teleport back here, you an' all. You "should" be able to reach the Countess with your message. Just smile, nod, do as you're told, don't talk to anyone, and don't make eye contact with anything that's got wings. They'll know you shouldn't be there.
